SEMH Teaching Assistant

Ercall Wood Academy is looking to appoint a candidate who is passionate about the value of education and is committed to making a positive difference to our community.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working with young people and support students within the mainstream school environment. They must have an adaptable approach to work and experience of SEND would be of benefit but is not essential.

We want an individual who works well as part of a large pastoral team and has the drive to make a difference to students through our values of Empower, Respect and Aspire.
